When classes are cancelled at short notice, we will do our best to email/phone all those registered at the first opportunity. Please inform us if your contact details change. If classes are cancelled for any reason (staff sickness, bad weather etc.) we will make every effort to offer a replacement class. Refunds are not provided for students who do not attend class due to illness, injury, school trips, holidays etc. In the case of long term sickness or injury, please contact us to discuss the situation as soon as possible. In the case of adverse weather, students may attend another class of their choice at any point during that term to make up for the cancelled class.

Any student with an injury should inform the teacher before the class begins so that no potentially harmful exercises are undertaken.
