Lisa Christian is a highly qualified and registered dance teacher and an International Vocational level Cecchetti Ballet examiner for the I.S.T.D. She trained at The London College of Dance, a specific teacher training college.

Since graduating, she has worked extensively, both in dance studios and in boarding schools, has lectured for the University of Middlesex, the Cecchetti Centre and the Cecchetti Junior and Senior Associate programmes and has guest lectured at Cecchetti Junior Summer school. Lisa was a Committee member for the Cecchetti Faculty of the ISTD from 2005 to 2008. At present, she is also the Classical Ballet Teacher at Queenswood School and examines nationally & internationally for the ISTD. Lisa Christian is married with a daughter and son.
